Rotary at Church Stretton’s FunDay
Church Stretton Rotary were at the 2nd annual FunDay, managing the main gate, distributing programs, manning events and explaining what delights the 2,500+ visitors could enjoy. We were also part of the new volunteer and community area with 16 groups represented, where our new President Pat Stokes-Smith was pressing the flesh, explaining how Rotary contributes to the local community and talking to potential new members. The highlight for many visitors was the helicopter from RAF Shawbury.
